What the hell?

This is basically what I've been thinking this whole time. All I know is that synthetic fiber material is slightly strange and disorienting.

Of course, Derosis could always be reactionfishing, in which case my OMGUS was completely unwarranted and I shall retract it if that is the case. However, I have no reason to believe this at this time and so I shall keep my vote where it is because- SILENCE WILL FALL.

Doesn't seem like Derosis was reactionfishing and it doesn't seem like Derosis knows all that much about Doctor Hoo either. Daleks tend to scream words that start with E more than anything, especially "EXTERMINATE." But that doesn't change the fact that SILENCE WILL FALL.
