Child Pornography: An Absolute Evil... ?

Here's what I think. Don't hesitate to ask for any clarifications, as I tend to be rather vague.

Child porn is uh, ew. To think someone would dream of doing that to a little girl or boy is... for lack of a better word, bad. Why does someone need pictures/video of it? It's an actual child getting abused, and they don't want it, and those pictures won't vanish easily.

There was recently a case in Canada where some retard raped a 16 year old girl while she was unconscious, so badly that the judge said he used her as her plaything. He wouldn't have been caught unless he showed the video he made of it to everyone in the cafeteria at school. As of now, it's still probably splattered all over the internet, and in many hard drives in that school, and that won't be forgotten, rest assured.

Loli, on the other hand, is different. It involves drawn... people? Forgive me, I don't know all that much about it, so I'm not sure if it's always children or people that look like children as well. Think about it, if you ban loli, wouldn't you have reasonable grounds to ban horror movies then, too? They show people getting killed (I assume, I have never watched a horror movie in my life >__>). For people that enjoy watching that, not for the purpose of getting the pomegranate scared out of them, but because they get a boner or some other form of excitement off it, it's something similar to porn, right? This, however, is fine, because it isn't actual killing.
