To be fair, this is just Dual Blades increasing in power at an insane rate. It didn't really kick Mechs off the OP ladder, because compared to non-Dual Bladers Mechs are still OPed. It's like when WoW first released Death Knights. Were they OPed to hell and back? Yes. Did it make classes like Warriors/Druids/Paladins seem weaker? Yes. Did they make the previously mentioned classes not OPed when facing other classes? Nope.
