Very true. In lower ELO, Shen is still a super beast and is banned rather often, but higher ELO, he's 4th / 5th pick at best now. Same thing with Eve as well, except she's still rather good in higher end.

Did you account for CDR as well? Or did you never do that stuff? I didn't save my math when I did it, but it suggested pretty much what Morello said.
Personally I've never had the chance to even try it myself due to lack of level 30 and T3 runes. I really wanted to though just to see if all the fuss was actually true or not. I just ended up reading a ton of "Mathy" Xin topics about it.
