So last game, opposing Veigar was level 30 with 1296 wins. Jesus Christ! Too bad they lost though due to team being derp mode.
It's what I do as well. I always make sure Ghostblade is #1, then Wriggles / Randuin for #2. I can never get used to having actives on 4/5/6 D:
