Sorry, but you're most likely wrong that it is critical shot causing that. You're forgetting that all skills and all attacks work off of a base 5% critical rate.
I might be wrong, but it is looking like it works exactly like it does in a private server. But, passives might be job locked, meaning that when he reaches 4th job again he would get control of Berserk. But, he is going to have to get to 4th job again to confirm that.
Justin, Rush is weapon locked right? Dark Knight Rush should only work with Spears and Polearms unless they changed something.
