Apparently. He's right though guys. Just wait for the Hot time event, each one comes with an SP reset. Just be sure to leave as many characters afk as humanly possible. Only use ones that really need it too! Not to save a few points, I mean 10-12 points.
Also find it interesting that we still access NLC/Singapore from Kerning, but yours were moved.
