Those numbers are great and you could add other bonuses like MG with a decent amount of HP, whatever effects Body Boost gives, Infinity, Stance, whatever speed the two Boosters might combine to give, etc. Of course, of course this all hinges on the stackability of masteries and boosters and all that jazz.
Not to mention MP Eater+Blood Drain
I would just go for NL or DB -> I/L post jump.
