What he meant was to ask if Brown Eyes and Teeth were from another album, not Born This Way, thinking you referred to all three as tracks from the upcoming album.
Ryanide, what Netto meant was actually correct: Brown Eyes was on The Fame (1), Teeth on The Fame Monster (2), and now Hair on Born This Way (3). What Netto was cleverly highlighting was how Gaga has released one song related to body parts on each of her albums thus far, predicting a song on her fourth album to continue the pattern.
