This is why you go Bishop > Paladin, you keep the defensive skills and drop the offensive magic. It's not like any pre-Jump attacks on Bishops are worth keeping. You can still teleport, charged blow, blast and lure monsters with angel ray. While your survivability, hp and mana pools grow to compensate.
