Granted they are not in the same boat as some other 4th jobs that are saddled with useless skills but I would be very glad if some of these changes happened someday:
1. Ability to use Dice and Air Strike while mounted on ship
2. Hypnotize changed to affect bosses or at least weaken them or something
3. Battleship speed boost or a removal of the speed reduction.
