And the heat system do limit the number of his skills but that doesn't mean he can't kill you before he start overheating.
And still can't get over of how FUCKINLY FAR his ultimate can be used.
Btw i never have any problems with rumble on noc (With vayne he denied me once or twice but meh, i knew i wasn't going to win too much with her). Im basing all of this on the numbers i have seen when playing with him (5xx AP means about 3xx+Base damage per sec on lvl 5 Flametower over 3 secs, with 400-500(Base+Bonus) Dmg with harpoon and 300(Base+Bonus) dmg with initial hit of Ult + 150-200(base+bonus) damage per sec over i forgot how many secs).
