Look at the Dawn Warrior and Blaze Wiz. Did they turn special? No.
after all the adventurers being "stronger" than cygnus knights (i mean dawn warrior was getting jealoused over for having brandish at 3rd job but after bb it's just...o.O), i think sooner or later they'll add 4th job to cygnus knights
