But assuming they're revamping it, FYI, we're still using an old version of Shanghai, the new version of Shanghai has a shorter distance which eases transportation and the landscapes are mainly made up of purple crystals :f6:
If they take China version 's Shanghai after revamping, then it won't be a problem for its emptiness
Revamping might help but then it takes up a little more spaces because luckily it is overwriting it instead of stuffing more inside.

If they make some expansions for Thailand and Shanghai, I guess more people will be visiting though
But these are just pure assumptions, as they even changed the original Golden Temple into an Event Golden Temple (Which are not Event anymore)
