Meh. Here in sh`itty PENN-SYL-VA-NIA, there are sushi restaurants everywhere, but they're all owned by Chinese people. What the f`uck. Oh well, at least he did a good job on the presentation and quality. His name could have been "Quan" or it probably has a "\" accent mark above the "a", so the pronunciation might be a tad different, eh.
