Either Bacon overdosed her (and I mean it must have been a cabinet-worth of drugs), or she did it herself. Regardless, it must have been so much that her tsundere body couldn't even handle it, so she ended up regurgitating a very deredere version of herself that we now see in the comic. Bacon then locked the tsunstun (the -dere is out of her now) version of her in his basement, where he then plays with her at night. While her deredere self is his current wife.
