With Vayne you only need to stack Armor and avoid her 3hit as much as possible, maybe Reducing her ASP to complement or having dodge.
None of Irelia's damage is based off % HP, so getting something like a Banshee's really helps. There isn't an item that shuts down % HP true damage.
