I tried to strangle myself with my umbilical cord.
My parents showed me the ultrasound image that the doctors took while I was attempting this feat. I guess I was just naked and alone... so vulnerable. The image shocked me, but my depression all made sense now! It was all just a biological predisposition. I'm so glad I have an excuse.
