Ideally, you can go strless forever, and use the 127 VIP weapons. However, 150 mill won't get you one of those.
I personally have 65 str from way back in the day when none of these items and str-less bows existed and have roughly 140 str after mw >_>.
Since no one here has given actual stats on items yet, I'll post it:
Base: 4 str
HTP: 22 str
CZH: 21 str
E-Ring 1: 7 str
E-Ring 2: 7 str
2 Zombie Rings: 2 str
That's 63 strength from equips+base, but there are other easy ways to add strength, as if you use archer overalls and shoes (though people usually go purple snowshoes now), you'd get 4-10 strength from that, and you can get earrings with +str potential (maybe +8 and +4?), and scroll a cape for strength (the important part is the potential, so you might as well make use of those 5 slots). Also, black belts add 5 str, though you'd probably be better off with a strength belt.
As I said at the start, with 150 mill, it might be a tad difficult, but with more funding, going strengthless or smart strength (tailoring your base strength to what you have in equipment) wouldn't be difficult. Just work with what you have, and go from there.
