Sheen's not a bad item to rush on her, or anyone with a semi-spammable ability. From what I've seen of Vayne players, the good ones have excellent positioning in every team fight, and the bad ones just get cced to death. Some of it might be team comp though. I had a terrible game as Veigar mid against her, but after we were out of the laning phase, and I started getting support, I could kill her fairly easily. I've also sidelaned against her with Nidalee and Maokai, and both of them had little trouble dealing with her as well. They can both outharass/heal after a certain point. Sometimes immediately if they're with another ranged person.
