The Silver Bolt 3rd strike doesn't consume a Spell Shield IIRC since its based of a Normal Attack, and even then if shes one of the vayne that Stacks ASP then banshee does little to nothing against her. The only way to get rid of vayne is ganking her BAD or have another Ranged char against her, Melee Ranged or Magic DPS work well against her since her E range isn't that good and neither the push distance it does and Tumble is the same, so harrasing her is easy. Also you don't have to worry of her 1.5sec stealth unless shes using it to gank.
Crappy build for crazy vayne in my mind. Tanky DPS XD
Pack ASP enough to get 2-2.5 Attacks per sec and the rest on armor.
Building malady>Mandreds Bloodrazor>Force of nature>Frozen Heart>Phantom Dancer/Trinity Force>Boots.
Trollish build to focus on defense and Silver Arrow + Mandreds Procs.
