This seems like the most reasonable thing to me.
Hell, why not make -all- Chaos and White Scrolls untradeable?

Fact is, events aren't the only issue.
BT botters love them some Pyramid PQ, which is apparently a big reason Chaos Scrolls got so low in the first place.
Also, any item can be duped, so limiting the supply of any item is just increasing the revenue for hackers.

Up the drop rate so that the average user has a chance to find Chaos and White Scrolls, but lower the profitability by nature of the fact that the scrolls themselves are no longer a commodity. Scrolls are meant to be used, and used via legitimate purposes.

Honestly, I think the 20% Scrolls are the most brilliant event item Nexon has had in a while and, if you ignore the mass hack, this has been the best-concocted anniversary in years. You can dupe those scrolls all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that they're going to blow your pomegranate up. Still, they give a nice boost to any clean item.

But, yeah, they really need to bring back permanent event equips. They seem not to realize that minor, temporary damage boosts aren't worth the effort the make their players go through to get them.

I would love it if it were tradeable withint he account, otherwise it be such a pain in the ass and limit it's use like a double edge sword. Though I do agree with you reasoning, it needs some flexibility.

Also another problem that arises is that meso is so goddam cheap that 2.1b is equalivent to about 600m was a year ago. Whites act as a form of "currency" for those big purchases, so before a step like this we need to take care of this meso deflation.
