Gay men have higher cancer risk?

Though, it sometimes bugs me off, that these tests use logic like this:

A new research shows that people who eat ice cream have a higher chance to drown. Study suggests that out of the 50 people who had drowned, 70% had eaten ice cream during the last week.

Obviously it would be because the people who swim tend to eat ice cream too.
