Xin 1vs1 is still strong, but now he can't Stunlock you to death you can actually escape from him now compared to before.
Edit: I played Vayne and she isn't that bad actually, Tumble does a (40-70 iirc)% of your AD as bonus attack on your next hit, and the Silver arrows don't consume mana and besides a tiny bonus of True damage it also does a % of the enemy health too.
The range of her E isn't something to be awestruck and need a helluva of positioning to manage to hit someone against walls, And her R just puts vayne on steroids (Bonus AD, Move speed from her Innate and 1.5secs of Invis during-after tumble).
From what i saw you can build her DPS taking advantange of the Silver Arrows or AD with Tumble (Has a low CD at max level like 1-2 secs).
Btw shes one of the few champs that doesn't have a AP ratio ability
