The time when those users had log in to that GM account. Nexon had ban a good chunk of accounts that had log in to. Which show that they record ip with accounts.
Nexon can ban all account that log on the same computer may it be your main or your hacking account, but they have to give the benefit of the doubt. For example, your friend might have log on your computer to maple, siblings, etc So they ban the hacking account
