Release Notes v1.0.0.118
--GP's ult now slows more at lower levels, and for some reason Riot is giving more incentives for GP to melee people. Apparently its passive poison isn't enough of a tactic?
--Jarvan IV's annoyance factor has been reduced via nerfs.
--Jax can now be more awesome by casting spells mid-flight like most other champs can.
--Karthus is a bit less like a pomegranate pineapple peach smoothie. He now has to obey the laws of respawning like everyone else, and his ult scales less with AP.
--Lee Sin got a significant energy cost decrease on all his skills. Expect a lot more fancy combos from everyone's favorite blind monk! Oh, and energy runes are a serious consideration on him now if you've looked at the mathcrafting.
--Nocturne got late-game damage nerfs to his skillz.
--A glitch with Nunu's ult will no longer fking surprise you when he deals full damage instantly. Yes, it's happened to me a few times.
--Rumble is less fat.
--Shen's Ki Strike now has less base damage, and now scales off of bonus HP instead of his max HP. The break-even point is 800 HP from items. wtp Riot, wtp. Oh, and Vorpal Blade damage is nerfed late-game.
--Trundle's pillar will no longer appear randomly while you're exploring places. False alarms no more.
--TF and Sona will no longer auto-attack without your fking permission when they have locked an auto-attack enhancer.
--Tenacity has replaced CC reduction in the world of items! All tenacity is UNIQUE. 1 point of tenacity = 1% CC duration reduction. Debuffs not included by previous CC reduction but included by tenacity include blinds and silences.
--Catalyst now grants you less HP and MP over a period of 8 seconds instead of all at once when you level up. No more cheese tactics.
--Rod of Ages now has Catalyst's passive! Pretty gravy, but minor buff.
--Wit's End no longer drains mana, but now grants MR per attack. If you were looking at Wit's End as an option for overcoming a lane's stayability, you're out of luck.
--Passives that have a duration to them now have timers just like your regular skills. Some skills with conditional uses also have modifications to their icon.
--Heimerdinger can no longer kill Baron Nashor cheaply by camping turrets next to him while not being nearby. Jerk.
--Teleport canceling now lasts 1 second instead of .5 seconds. Not sure why Riot decided to do this, but it could be significant if enemy champions suddenly show up in your face while you're teleporting.
--Some skillshots now correlate better with their target zones. Derp!
