The ones that are going to be banned are most likely the accounts (note not the players) who abused the exploit directly. Any side accounts, players, mules, etc. affiliated with the exploit get that get out of jail card free. So unless Nexon starts issuing IP bans, which they won't, that's not taking proactive responsibility where they leave such a huge loophole for the exploiters to escape from. And this is due to the fact the people who directly exploited this "event" are using mule accounts allowing their mains to get away safely. You know that, too.
