How would you stop people from exploiting loopholes in your codes from time and time again in anonymity? You can't. Yet if doing so would gain them NO benefits, leave them be.
I agree with this. There will always be people arguing against it about them having "no way of knowing", but till Nexon dishes out some serious punishment, then no one will think twice about it.
The reason why so many people are willing to do this and take the risk is because of slap on the wrist punishments like this one. Throw out a serious punishment, and people will take notice and think twice about buying something. Maybe some "innocent" people will get banned, but its just an unfortunate byproduct. As Nexon has said here, you're guilty even if you didn't know, but we're giving you a chance to repent. I think next time, there shouldn't be this repent chance. Just hit em hard, and send the message.
