They might as well just delete all chaos scrolls and 20% pinks already in the game.
Legits are going to dump all of theirs out of paranoia.
Hackers will either do the same or let their mules get banned.
The effect will be the same, and at least we can resume legit trading/hunting for those items.
Somebody with drawing ability please make a comic of this predictable scenario: Mapler gets on after maintenance, NPCs a couple of Chaos scrolls, and goes training at Captains. Chaos scroll drops. FUUUU...
