If they have to ban everyone in the process of doing so, MISSION F'UCKING ACCOMPLISHED; and I didn't even have to do anything.
Going off by that logic, they'd ban a lot of legit people in the process because a lot of people have hoarded Chaos Scrolls before this event even began (as with trying to profit whenever the scrolls would inflate once again). I won't even mention about the people who've hoarded Chaos/Pinks during this event as well. So that's a lot to take in, imo.
