Expect them to do the same as they did in ems, remove x amount of items if person have above x amout of it. What happen to ems was people who had past 2,1b mesos on one char would lose almost 70% of their total mesos but people who had 300m would lose 2-5%. If Im correct, people with past 400 20% scrolls will lose over 300 of them but hey, thats just a guess
