I beg to differ.
I remember that when Singapore first came out with CBD and BQT, many thought that it was done and that Nexon/Asiasoft would move on to Malaysia next. But look at what we have now, ulu city expansion.
Besides, the cable car map links the Themepark with the prior map, Hibiscus Road 2, even though there is another map after HR2, namely HR3. It's not a stretch to say that they may still expand Malaysia further from HR3, since they did pick up from Suburban area 2 (Previously a dead end) and extend towards Ulu city.
