Info might be a little outdated, but i dont think Udyr has changed recently. Two ways to build udyr, tank or tanky dps. Tanky dps udyr gets lvl 5 tiger and 3 phoenix, tank get 3 tiger 5 phoenix.
So when i first started playing LoL and while leveling to 30, I think i played kayle in like 90% of my games. Just player her again today(bot game) and wow it was sad. She is so weak now. I always built her hybrid ap(rageblade, nashers) so maybe something else is stronger now, ill have to look into it.
