When? IIRC they have only rollbacked when meso exploits appear, although hackers could use it as a meso exploit most won't bother buying whatever thing they use to trade for coins and then sell the maple weapons to NPCs.
IMHO it won't be fixed and really don't think it really needs a fix, since only 2 types of items are gonna deflate: chaos scrolls and maple weapons, in which the only part of the community that is going to be affected are those that were farming said items and is more or less potential profit (although with chaos is just kicking chaos slowy rising price back to the ground) not an actual amount of mesos.
