"What to buy" for archers~Guide + Questions

Thanks for the advice guys. The reason I'm so bent on scrolling is that well scrolled Archer equipment is a very rare find in Khaini; to the point that it's nearly impossible some times.

i know how it is, good xbows are rare in windia, and most belong to me and my friends ;D suck for the other archers though
