Limiting yourself to 139, 147 or any other accuracy would be wrong, somewhat. The goal is not to stop at the needed amount, but getting the most accuracy with no amount of damage sacrificed. That means, until you have perfect strenght- or attack-equipments, you will use "all" your money on this instead of accuracy. In this way, you will be able to train at monsters in the Temple of Time, for example. Or you can go to the new areas in NLC without being afraid of missing anything.
you can make the same argument for thieves. thieves dont need to cap dex. they dont even need to be low dex. it comes down to whoever has more total luk and more total watk is the one who will be doing more damage. its why str bandits are so popular now. they can get more watk without sacrificing a lot of luk. of course only people who are really familiar with the class can say that, like yourself with warriors. but new players need to start out somewhere with something easy to understand.
