you cap accuracy needed at whatever you train on which you can find out by accuracy calculators. if you buy a zhelm, you can easily go dexless till like level 80 with dex overalls, and accuracy shoes.
Capping would be somewhat wrong to say in some cases...
Limiting yourself to 139, 147 or any other accuracy would be wrong, somewhat. The goal is not to stop at the needed amount, but getting the most accuracy with no amount of damage sacrificed. That means, until you have perfect strenght- or attack-equipments, you will use "all" your money on this instead of accuracy. In this way, you will be able to train at monsters in the Temple of Time, for example. Or you can go to the new areas in NLC without being afraid of missing anything.
