Eh, going dodge runes on him is good since you're relying a lot on getting those procs as high as possible if you want to go the fastest jungling route, but I'm pretty sure you can just choose a different skill order and go slightly slower instead. So I guess it's kind of up to you. I haven't done much jungle Udyr, but from what I tried on him a while back when he was free, he's not terribad with regular tank runes, and the dodge runes in particular are only useful late game against aaers so most of the time they won't do much for you. I'd say wait til he's free and giving him a try out with your regular tank runes if you don't mind waiting. Otherwise, just pick him up and give it a try.
