you cap accuracy needed at whatever you train on which you can find out by accuracy calculators. if you buy a zhelm, you can easily go dexless till like level 80 with dex overalls, and accuracy shoes.

It's also around lvl 80 where the monster's avoid takes a small jump. Be careful of that.
