Well if each potential stat has an inherent probability instead of all unique stats being identical, then it could make sense if premium cubes only chose between a certain subset of potentials.
But I guess the only way to prove that would be if someone used tons of premium cubes without obtaining some of the usually more common potentials. Though it'd be pretty hard, since I really doubt people would continue cubing using these after they obtained their 3 lines.
