Premium Cubes, Weapons and PDR Ignore Potential

For some reason, the new premium cubes seem to give an awful lot of 15% PDR ignore potentials. I don't have proof for my VIP Crossbow, but when I cubed it to 3 line, I got 15% PDR Ignore like 15 times out of 51 cubes. Now I just premium cubed my VIP Gun ONCE (+30% boss, 12% Total Dmg):



Has the rate of occurrence of potentials been shifted? I don't remember every encountering so many 15% PDR in the past when putting hundreds of cubes on my VIP gun and concerto.

Also, a friend of mine has gotten 30% PDR, 15% PDR, 15% PDR all on one claw today.
