FoN + Merc Treads or even B Veil + Merc Treads is a better choice against heavy Magic/CC teams. As Mundo you should be popping your ult whenever you're team fights are starting, so with all that combined, CC shouldn't even be used on you, and if it is, your team should be punishing them for focusing that CC on you.
Triforce is a good item, but I'd rather pick up a Frozen Mallet + Phantom Dancer since the Sheen proc and mana are relatively useless on Mundo and both of those items synergize better with the other items I'd pick if I was going DPS. I could see sticking with just a Zeal and Phage for a while to see if you need another item slot more than you need those two seperate items, but I still feel Tri Force is better off being picked up by other champions most games.
Zerkers are a nice cheap boot, but I'd rather either a) reduce cc on me even more when I run into a team fight or b) Pick up some boots of swiftness to make Mundo running and killing your carry a constant threat every team fight. It's true if you go FoN and Phantom Dancer that you probably don't need that extra speed boost, since Mundo's ult boots your speed as well, but if you've got that Phantom Dancer, you're already well on your way as far as Atk Speed goes, and at that point I'd probably sell my Swiftness boots for Merc Treads anyway.
Mallet isn't worth it on mundo. It's good on paper, but not worth its cost.
Triforce with your E and the bonus stats it gives is amazing. Staple on dps mundo. QSS is good because it's cheap and does what it does well. DPS mundo doesn't have much gold to spare of defense when he's building 2X PD and a triforce.
