They said he lost on purpose. He was fighting a close friend and knowing that his friend need the prize more than him he let him win. They are basically saying that he didn't play mvc3 to his full potential like he would usually do. Which is basically unfair to others and the officials that make thse tourney up. Throughout the tourney he was giving A game then when it came to the finals he turn in to a noob and act like he was "off" his game
