No point in discussing this further, since what I've read since the start of your argument has no musical basis whatsoever, and you're totally ignoring these "laws" in music aren't coercitive as are not as well the rest of the "laws" that govern over art branches in their entirety.
I'd really like to see Duchamp and his Toilet argue this with you, I really do.
