I'm sorry but it's even more stupid to just say "sorry I'm atheist". If you're atheist, that's fine, but it's more annoying than a catholic asking you to bow yourself to god. My grandfathers funeral was yesterday, at Arlington cemetery, probably the best resting place in the USA, and they spoke prayers of god. I didn't know them, and everyone there knew he was a strict atheist, died a true collar one, but not one person made a scene because god got into the picture.

Sorry but people who just randomly announce their atheist in any religious environment\related somehow too, just seems more pompous than the religious figures themselves.

Pretty much my dad wouldn't let us watch it as it was supporting a barbaric ritual and a huge money sink just to see the unnatural wedding of a "Mudblood" with royal blood. The last person who did it lost his throne, but here they are accepting it in open arms. I guess that's a big sha-bang here, but none the less, I also agree the hype is pointless.

Well I never said "sorry I'm atheist". I have no clue what you are talking about. All I said was "Even though I'm Atheist...", Don't claim that it has nothing to do with this, because it was a catholic wedding just like any other and they went through all the religious poems and songs.

I'm atheist who appreciates culture and traditions that have been there for thousands of years. Religion is one of those. I hate people that think I'm attacking their faith, everytime I make a minor note that I'm atheist.

Please don't put words to my mouth or intentionally try to change the topic.
