And, correct. 2D is not CP in the US, which is the one and only thing I can respect from this otherwise god forsaken governmental system we currently have. Courts have ruled it unconstitutional in every single case except for one literally since the internet began,and in that one the guy was browbeaten by the police into pleading guilty before the trial even started/he got to speak with a lawyer (note, this only applies to cases where all evidence was 2D in nature, if any actual CP was found with the person, the 2D stuff actually increased the sentence...but there haven't been all that many cases like that, which, while it doesn't surprise me since I find little to no similarities between 2D and 3D, is the subject of a lot of debate in the political world...).
