Meh. One of the things about Maplestory that bother me is that it doesn't have a definitive tone.
Nexon clearly can't decide if it should be silly or serious, so they do both, but they don't mesh it well.
indeed, however, dunno if you have done the LHC quests, but darn, that quest line was simply great (and very dark) loved it a lot.
