PD: i have a PSP, and can't wait to download dissidia duodecim pre-story, you don't see me complaining about the PSN, why? they set a date for the thing, now, if by said date they start pushing it more and more, i will get annoyed.
Sony really doesnt have a set time they said a week from now. But stated they will only put it back up when they feel its ready. Nexon only has a few testers before putting the game back up so certain problems will not arrise seeing that the user base is so small. When the servers go live they have to monitor how things are going and if problems come up they take it down and try to fix it. The first week of a patch will always have downtime problems wouldnt come up with only 10 people on the server compared to 5k
