Honestly, I think the flow is fine - it sounds like tag-teaming as opposed to seamless flow, which I think better suits three unique, fierce divas all performing on one track. If you listen to the transitions specifically (Britney to Nick, Nicki to Britney, Britney back to Nicki, Nicki to Ke$ha, and then all of the Ke$ha to Britney/Britney to Ke$ha's), they all work very well within the rhythm of the remix, provided, again, you view them as tag-team solos as opposed to sustained, homogenous singularity.
