It is ksing, if I for instance, attack the grim phantom watch you were in the middle of killng, I ''stole'' that kill from you.
Whether or not Nexon agrees, even if it is their game. It is Not ksing if I attack a grim phantom watch on the complete opposite side of the map that you are not even remotely touching, even if you will touch it. Arguing other wise would be biased. It is the players ''meta-game'', a rule that is unspokenly made on the community, that it is ''first come, first serve''. Your own logic fails you on this, and I have no doubt that Nexon would ban someone(if they were in the mood and had time), for killing monsters in the same map.
EDIT: To further add on this, I have seen someone being banned for actually complaining that someone is killing on the same map as them, as they often ''counter-harass'' them and ks them, thinking the ''map'' was theirs.Although this was a longgggggg time ago
On the terms of harrassment, someone told me ''Harrassment is the act on which someone commits an act upon another that makes them feel uncomfortable in any way or form''. With logic like this, anything can be harrassment, just like ''Pain Wavers'', the judge doesn't ALWAYS listen to those regardless of what their contents are.
The majority hates ksing, the majority hates having their maps taken. There is also common courtesy to take into consideration, among other things, Neo, you cannot argue against this. This is like me going into a church and whining about everything that has to do with their religion, bashing them with my own thought process no matter how right I think I am, it just doesn't work that way.
I also find it ironic that you're being bullied, in the same exact way you're defending such acts.
